My encore for the game "Encore."

First I'd like to note the change from "wordpress" to "blogger" I've transfered over to this because it is more hip and word press kinda seems like its for little kids.

Anyways, tonight I played a variation of the game Encore, which apparently is a board game. We had to improvise and scrap together a modified version because we had a lot of people playing. Basically the game goes as follows there were three teams and all of them were given the same word ie.(lips, keys, hand towels) using these words each team had to come up with lyrics from a popular song that used that word and sing 6 words of that song that contained the special word. Basically it goes like a rap battle back and forth until someone cant come up with a word. You have six seconds when its your teams turn to get your lyrics out. So yeah the game was awesome and whoever won got a prize which was not only a plaque with there team picture on it to be displayed for everyone to see as a standard of win, but also a creepy clown doll and a picture of cowboys. No dorm is complete without the latter two items. I'm including the prizes because whenever you introduce prizes  stuff gets real and its not about fun anymore its a battle. So we start out this game and it is legit we jumped out to a quick 2 point lead and felt like we had a dream team but do to questionable calls from the judges lost by 1. The main reason being because some total goober on another team used the word lipstick as a variation of lips. You say, "oh well that probably didn't count because everyone knows lips and lipstick aren't the same thing." Ohh wait what according to the judges it totally was legit because this game is about "fun"......So yeah we lost to that team. And being like the true sport I am I'm venting about it on my blog because if it wasn't for that I'd be writing about my awesome creepy clown doll I won in an impressive win of Encore. But no we lost my roommate was so burned up he even wrote the game makers on twitter asking what the correct ruling would be and even they agreed that we were right. Anyways thought I'd write this so if any of you ever do play the game Encore make sure you play it right. carpe diem
